the blog of a blogger who doesn't get blogging

The gist of the blog is this: I will traipse around New York City (sometimes even venturing into Brooklyn, where cabs won’t go) interviewing a slew of talented poets, journalists, artists, publishers, and editors. My goal is to get a feel for the current state of the arts in this metropolitan jungle we tri-state area residents dub “The City.”

vacation #2...

Dear Readers,

Just a heads up to let everyone know that until July 4th I will by hiking, spinning, stretching, and yoga-ing up at Canyon Ranch with my mom – a bit of maternal bonding over sore thighs and foot cramps. So wish me luck on my detox/spa/fat camp getaway; I’ll be back next week!
